The dictionary definition of the term ‘actuate’ means to:

- motivate (someone) to act in a particular way.
We think that both of these definitions perfectly describes what needs to happen to achieve successful business outcomes and are at the heart of what we do.

Ideate, Innovate and Actuate represents our approach to delivering successful outcomes:
- First we Ideate – we get curious about your business and form questions to understand your needs and solutions. We unpack your challenges.
- Secondly we Innovate – we look at what changes need to be made to the established ways of doing, and what new methods, ideas, or products need to be introduced
- Lastly we Actuate – we move to make the change happen, from planning through to execution.

The eight in our name represents that change is an ever-continuing cycle and that ideas, innovation and change are a constant.
What does the logo mean?
